About Me
I love to cook and make pasta. Most recently, I worked as a sous chef at The Longshoreman in Brooklyn, NY. Now I am interested in collaborating with people in the area to think up and execute delicious meals that work with their life. I provide menu consultations, cooking services, and work with local food providers to source the best meats, fish, and produce. Whether you want meals daily, for special occasions, or anything in between, I want to make meals that you are excited about.
I also make handmade pasta that is available for purchase, or included if we work together!
