I love to cook and make pasta. I built my craft as a sous chef at The Longshoreman in Brooklyn, NY and as a personal chef before working as Garde Manger at L'Apero. I am not currently active, but I am always interested in collaborating with people to dream up and execute delicious experiences. I especially love making handmade pasta, and imagining new forms, designs, and flavors.
